About this collection

We move past theory to ensure you know the actual work. Whether you are setting up a polyhouse, managing nutrient solutions for hydroponics, or understanding crop planning, you will be doing it yourself at our Kumbalgodu centre. We show you the mechanics—how to handle Dutch hooks, prune effectively, and maintain EC levels—so you leave with practical confidence, not just a certificate.

Agriculture is often treated as a male-dominated field, but we see women driving the most successful and resilient farms. Our capacity-building programs are designed to strip away the guesswork. We bring you into the greenhouse to work with crops like cherry tomatoes and capsicum, ensuring you understand the inputs, the environment, and the care required at every stage.

What We Cover

  • Technical Proficiency: You learn protected cultivation techniques, including the setup of polyhouses and shade nets, and how to operate modern irrigation systems.
  • Financial Literacy: Growing the crop is only half the battle. We bring in experts to discuss agri-loans, government subsidies, and how to prepare a project report that actually gets approved by banks.
  • Value Addition: You learn how to turn raw produce into pickles, salsas, and sauces, creating multiple revenue streams from a single harvest.

We teach in Kannada and English, making the technical aspects of agronomy accessible. If you have been hesitant about entering the farming sector due to safety or technical concerns, our sessions are designed to connect you with a community of peers and mentors who have already walked this path.
