We bridge the gap between traditional wisdom and modern technology. From urban balconies to commercial greenhouses, we help you grow with nature, not against it.

This illustration represents our world. From the greenhouse to the farmer, from the cow to the fresh produce, it all comes together in harmony. This is the essence of AgroTIE.

Our online webinar on the cultivation of exotic greens like kale, basil, and lettuce, covering everything from growing practices to marketing aspects.

Join our online workshop for tips and tricks on how to cultivate your own exotic greens, whether in a large farm or a small backyard.

Our five day hydroponic training program is a sustainable practice that uses up to 90% less water than traditional farming. Join us to learn more.

About this collection

Our mission isn't just to teach techniques; it is to create a 'samaajakke ondu koduge'—a contribution to society. When you join our programs, you aren't sitting through abstract lectures. You are getting your hands into the soil, testing pH levels with our experts, and learning exactly why certain crops thrive in Bengaluru's climate while others struggle.

For the last 7 years, we have been blending Dutch farming precision with the resilience of Indian soil. Our approach is simple: we believe that agriculture is for everyone, whether you are a commercial agripreneur or a home gardener wanting fresh basil on your windowsill.

Our Methodology

We don't believe in theory for the sake of it. Our training happens at our centers in Kumbalgodu and Jayanagar, where you learn by doing. We teach you the science—like how nutrient solutions impact plant health in hydroponics—and the practical side—like how to manage pests using organic neem oil rather than harsh chemicals.

Why We Teach

We have seen too many farmers struggle because they lack access to modern tools or market knowledge. By training over 8,000 farmers and 3,000 children, we are building a community that values sustainable production.

What You Get Out of It

Whether it is a 2-hour online webinar on soil testing or a 5-day commercial horticulture course, our goal is the same: to give you the confidence to start. We provide the technical knowledge, the certification for bank applications, and the community support to ensure you succeed. Namma jothege banni, kaliyona, beleyona—come with us, let us learn and grow together.
