We are Adithi and Spurthi, sisters who grew up with dance as our shared language. From intricate Kathak footwork to the storytelling grace of Bharathanatyam, this is our life on stage.

A beautiful morning practice session with my sister. We are working on the karanas and nrittahastas of Bharathanatyam, always refining our technique together.

A Kathak duet performance in vibrant blue costumes. This piece showcases the fast spins and intricate footwork that make this dance form so exhilarating.

Performing a Kathak duet in striking red anarkalis. The synchronicity you see here is the result of years of practicing and performing together as sisters.

A candid moment with my sister during a photoshoot for our upcoming Kathak duet concert. We love sharing our passion and inviting audiences to our performances.

A powerful pose from our Kathak duet concert. Performing on stage with my sister, supported by a live orchestra, is an incredibly fulfilling experience.

A more chaotic and fun practice day! Even on lazy days, my sister and I find joy and laughter while rehearsing our Bharathanatyam pieces.

An artistic video shoot in a beautiful natural setting. We love taking our dance to new locations, and this captures the flow and grace of our Kathak costumes in motion.

About this collection

What you see here is the result of years of practicing together in our studio. Being sisters gives us a unique, intuitive synchronicity on stage that you just cannot manufacture. Whether it is a classical Kathak duet with rapid footwork or a softer Bharathanatyam piece, we move as one, anticipating each other's rhythm.

For us, a duet is more than just sharing the stage. It is about a conversation between two artists who have spent their entire lives training together.

Our Performance Approach

When we perform Kathak or Bharathanatyam, we focus on the energy between the two dancers. In our Kathak pieces, this shows in the intense footwork and fast-paced spins (chakkars). In Bharathanatyam, it is about the geometry of the lines and the emotional storytelling through abhinaya (expressions). We do not just perform; we build a connection with the audience, often incorporating live music cues that require complete trust between us and the musicians.

Why Choose Us for Your Event

We are based in JP Nagar, Bangalore, and we are available for concerts, festivals, and corporate events. We understand that stage presence is not just about the dance; it is about lighting, costume synchronicity, and managing the flow of a performance. Because we run our own school, Natyanjali, we are deeply involved in the technicalities of our art—from selecting music compositions to coordinating with live percussionists.

If you are planning an event and want a performance that feels authentic and rooted in tradition, we would love to chat. We bring the same dedication to our public performances as we do to our student recitals, ensuring every piece we present is polished and full of soul.
