Phase 1: Concept & Visualization
- Site & Vastu Analysis: Detailed study of site contours, sun-path orientation, and Vastu Shastra compliance.
- Architectural Concept: Creation of fusion style mood boards blending modern geometry with traditional elements like jalis and courtyards.
- Cinematic 3D Visualization: High-resolution exterior renders (Day & Night) and conceptual architectural walkthroughs to visualize spatial volumes.
Phase 2: Technical Design & Documentation
- Detailed Floor Plans: Zoning of private, semi-private, and public areas with specific furniture layouts.
- Structural Coordination: Collaboration with engineers to ensure complex forms like cantilevers and large spans are buildable.
- MEP Integration: Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC layout drawings integrated directly into the architectural plan.

My Philosophy
Architecture for me is about shaping spaces that feel good, work well, and actually belong to their surroundings. I believe in “mind over matter” - designing with empathy and logic, not just following trends.
How I Design
Every project starts with understanding the site. Whether it’s a busy city plot or a quiet spot in the hills, I try to make the building breathe with its environment. I mix modern lines with traditional touches, like central courtyards and jalis (perforated screens), because they don’t just look good - they help with privacy, ventilation, and those cool shadow patterns. If Vastu compliant design matters to you, I’ll work it in so the space feels balanced.
Sustainability isn’t just a buzzword for me. I use passive cooling architecture, orient buildings to catch the right light but not the heat, and pick sustainable building materials wherever possible.
What I Work On
I’ve worked across India, from Navi Mumbai to Guwahati. My projects cover:
- Homes: high-rises with sky bridges, private bungalows with garden views, courtyard-centric homes
- Commercial spaces: malls, offices, IT parks, with facades inspired by local culture (like the gamchha design in Guwahati)
- Hotels, resorts, schools, cultural centers: from kid-friendly schools to resorts in abandoned sites, and buildings inspired by history
