Turnkey Premium Apartment Interiors
Civil & Flooring
Removal of existing flooring followed by installation of large format GVT tiles (Simpolo/Kajaria premium range) or Indian marble in living areas. Bedrooms fitted with premium vinyl flooring.
Woodwork & Joinery
- Kitchen: Modular setup with Marine Ply carcass, Acrylic or PU coated shutters, and Hettich/Hafele soft close hardware.
- Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling designs using commercial ply with Veneer finish or PU Paint. Includes finger groove detailing.
False Ceiling & Lights
Multi-level gypsum designs with cove pockets and perimeter cornices. Includes supply of architectural lights (COB, track lights) and budget for decorative chandeliers.
Wall Treatments
Signature accent walls using metal inlay (Gold Patti), tinted mirror cladding, or fluted panels. Finished with premium plastic emulsion paint (Royale/Velvet touch).

- Visualization is huge for us. You get to walk through detailed 3D models, so nothing’s a surprise when the work actually starts.
- I pay a lot of attention to details – from the feel of the floor to how curtains fall, everything is picked with care.
- My team and I like to get our hands dirty on site, making sure what we imagined is exactly what gets built.
