Essential Home Renovation
Design & Consultation
- Visualization: 2D space planning layouts and standard 3D renders for the living room and kitchen.
- Supervision: Regular weekly site visits by junior architects or supervisors to track progress.
Civil & Flooring
- Flooring: Installation of standard vitrified tiles (600x600mm or 800x800mm) in living areas and bedrooms.
- Bathrooms: Basic renovation with standard ceramic wall tiles up to 7ft height and anti-skid floor tiles.
- False Ceiling: Peripheral gypsum ceiling with cove lighting provision in the living room; plain POP or grid ceiling in bathrooms.
Furniture & Woodwork
- Kitchen: Modular setup with BWP Marine Ply structure and 1mm High-Gloss or Matte Laminate finish. Includes SS-304 wire baskets and standard soft-close hinges.
- Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling (up to 8ft) units using commercial ply with 1mm decorative external laminate and swing door mechanisms.
- Countertop: Jet Black or Galaxy Granite.
Electrical & Painting
- Painting: Plastic Emulsion paint for walls and whitewash for ceilings; one accent wall per room included.
- Electrical: Relocation of points and installation of basic LED panels and strip lights. Uses standard modular switches (Anchor Roma/GM).

Tech-Enabled Design
- VR Experience: Full Oculus VR walkthrough to experience spatial volume before execution.
- Material Selection: Dedicated sessions with principal architects to select premium fabrics, veneers, and laminates.
- Drawings: Detailed electrical, plumbing, and joinery technical drawings.
Premium Civil & Finishes
- Flooring: Italian Marble laying and polishing or large format GVT tiles (4x8 ft) in living areas; wooden flooring in the master bedroom.
- Wall Treatments: POP punning for smooth walls, fluted WPC panels, charcoal louvers, tinted mirror cladding, and PVD Gold Stainless Steel inlays.
- Bathrooms: Complete overhaul with premium sanitaryware (Kohler/Grohe), glass shower partitions, and niche lighting.
Bespoke Joinery
- Kitchen: Premium modular setup with Acrylic or PU coating. Includes soft-close tandem boxes (Blum/Hettich) and Quartz or Corian countertops.
- Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling sliding wardrobes finished in Veneer, PU paint, or lacquered glass. Includes custom organizers and trouser racks.
- Custom Units: Bespoke bar units, mandir units with CNC work, and floating consoles.
Lighting & Automation
- Lighting: Architectural plan featuring magnetic track lights, COB lights, and profile lighting in joinery.
- Paint: Royal Luxury Emulsion or Velvet Touch finishes.
