Hospitality and Retail Design: Creating Memorable Commercial Spaces
From hotel interiors that breathe to retail malls designed for flow, we create commercial spaces that keep people coming back. Experience matters.

From mood board to masterpiece, this video shows the design process for a resort in Bhopal. We used rustic warmth and Nordic calm as our guiding themes to create cozy cottages, a minimal private dining area, and a bright, welcoming reception.
A reveal of the resort's bar and restaurant area. The design uses natural materials, a coffered ceiling, and warm, layered lighting to create an experience that is both refined and relaxing.
This video shows the 3 P's of our process: Plan (sketching), Progress (3D modeling), and Product (the final rendered design) for a hotel landscape project in Bilaspur, featuring outdoor seating and a stylish bar.
A transformation video of an abandoned site in Alibaug into a futuristic resort concept called 'Mango County'. This shows our ability to see potential in any site and develop a visionary architectural and interior plan.

About Hospitality & Retail Experiences
We design for the way people move, not just how a building looks. In our retail projects, like the LP Walk Mall in Nagaon, we prioritized fluid circulation paths and open atriums to prevent bottlenecks, while our hotel work at Novotel Guwahati focuses on specific lighting sequences to shift the mood from a busy afternoon to an intimate evening. If you want a space that feels intuitive to the user, the layout strategy needs to happen long before the finishes are picked.
Architecture That Speaks
Commercial design is a constant balancing act between efficiency and experience. For us, it starts with the site. Whether we are transforming an abandoned structure in Alibaug into a resort or planning a greenfield mall project in Samastipur, we look at the climate, the path of the sun, and the surrounding neighborhood to inform our design choices.
Climate-Responsive Retail
In our retail projects, such as the Galaxy Mall in Hubli, the facade isn't just decoration. We use concrete jalis and double-glazed units to mitigate heat gain from the west, significantly reducing cooling costs while allowing natural light to filter through. This technical approach creates a comfortable environment for shoppers and increases footfall duration.
Hospitality with a Pulse
Hotel and restaurant design requires a different set of priorities. It is about the sensory journey. When designing a bar or a lounge, we focus on layered lighting—switching from bright, functional illumination to soft, ambient hues as the day progresses. In our Novotel Guwahati project, we curated custom light fixtures and utilized mirror-polished surfaces to create a sense of expansion, making even compact lounges feel grand.
Our Commercial Process
- Site Analysis: Understanding the local context, sunlight orientation, and circulation requirements.
- Spatial Planning: Creating efficient floor plates that maximize leasable area without feeling cramped.
- Atmosphere Engineering: Developing material palettes, lighting schemes, and acoustic treatments to set the tone of the space.
We believe a commercial space should be more than a container for business. It should be a destination that reflects your brand and respects the visitor.
