We do not do complex pretzel poses in office wear. My sessions focus on the reality of your workday. We target tech-neck, tight shoulders, and lumbar strain using nothing but the chair you are sitting on. You do not need a gym, a yoga mat, or a change of clothes to build a sustainable habit of movement.

How We Work
We start with pranayama to regulate the nervous system. When your team learns to use breath as a tool to reset, productivity and focus naturally follow. We then move into chair-based stretches. Take the example of Shalabhasana (Locust Pose) on a chair. Instead of lying on the floor, we use the chair for support to open the chest and lengthen the spine. It is effective, accessible, and requires zero preparation.

- Do we need a private room? No. We have run sessions in open office lobbies. As long as there is space for a chair, we can work.
- Will my team sweat? No. These sessions are designed to leave your team energized and clear-headed, not physically exhausted. Business attire is perfectly fine.
- Is this for beginners? Yes. Every participant gets corrected form, whether they have practiced yoga for years or have never touched their toes. Consistency matters more than flexibility here.
