We bridge the gap between grand guest spaces and private sanctuaries, creating homes that feel timeless, comfortable, and truly your own.

A complete view of a modern contemporary home where architecture meets landscape design. The structure features dynamic curves, extensive use of glass, and a central courtyard with a pool, creating a private resort-like feel.

This angle highlights the interplay of different materials and forms in a modern Indian home. The design incorporates textured feature walls, cantilevered balconies, and a seamless connection to the outdoor pool area, embodying contemporary luxury.

An example of my modern farmhouse architecture. The design uses a palette of concrete, dark slate, and wood accents, with strategically placed lighting to highlight its strong, geometric form after sunset.

This is the architectural rendering for NRI Niwas, a residential building near Gurudwara Fateh Nagar. The design blends modern apartment living with traditional Indian architectural motifs, like jaali work and arched balconies, to create a culturally rooted yet contemporary facade.

A creative shot showing the organic, supportive column that is a key feature of this contemporary home's exterior design, framing the view of the pool and garden.

A wider perspective of the NRI Niwas project, showing the full scope of the building, its parking facilities, and the planned landscaping that will surround it.

About Architectural Visions: Homes & Farmhouses

When we approach a luxury villa or farmhouse project, we prioritize the balance between the social and the personal. Your living and dining areas are designed to impress and facilitate connection, but we treat your private quarters with a focus on silence, natural light, and individual comfort. This structural distinction prevents the common issue of rooms feeling overstuffed or heavy over time, ensuring your home remains a sanctuary rather than just an aesthetic statement.

Our Approach to Luxury Residential Design

Since 1995, our work has been defined by the intersection of architecture, interior flow, and environmental integration. Whether we are building a new farmhouse or renovating an existing residence in Delhi, we look at the entire structure rather than just the surface finishes.

The Consultancy vs. Turnkey Choice

We offer two main paths for residential projects:

  • Architectural Consultancy: Ideal if you have your own contractor but need structural, MEP, and aesthetic expertise. We provide 3D elevations, structural coordination, and landscaping plans.
  • Luxury Turnkey: We manage the entire process from bare shell to final handover. This includes procurement of high-end materials like Italian marble or GVT slabs, wood joinery, and the execution of complex lighting systems.

Designing for the Delhi Context

We are familiar with the specific challenges and opportunities in the Delhi NCR region. Our work, such as the NRI Niwas project near Gurudwara Fateh Nagar, demonstrates our ability to integrate modern apartment living with traditional motifs like jaali work and arched balconies.

We emphasize natural light management throughout our floor plans. Instead of relying solely on heavy artificial lighting, we orient buildings to harness sunlight and layer it with strategic ambient lighting and chandeliers. Our goal is to create spaces that feel right on the day of handover and continue to feel right a decade later. If you are looking to build a structure that values both form and function, let us discuss your specific requirements.
