The Consultancy vs. Turnkey Choice
We offer two main paths for residential projects:
- Architectural Consultancy: Ideal if you have your own contractor but need structural, MEP, and aesthetic expertise. We provide 3D elevations, structural coordination, and landscaping plans.
- Luxury Turnkey: We manage the entire process from bare shell to final handover. This includes procurement of high-end materials like Italian marble or GVT slabs, wood joinery, and the execution of complex lighting systems.
Designing for the Delhi Context
We are familiar with the specific challenges and opportunities in the Delhi NCR region. Our work, such as the NRI Niwas project near Gurudwara Fateh Nagar, demonstrates our ability to integrate modern apartment living with traditional motifs like jaali work and arched balconies.
