This is not just a gym, it is a brotherhood. We train, we grow, and we push each other under the guidance of my Guruji, Mukesh Gahlot. System hai bhai.

About The Guru & The Brotherhood
You aren't just paying for a gym session here. You're entering a space where form is everything and shortcuts do not exist. My Guruji is often on the floor, and you will see me constantly correcting form, even on heavy sets. If you cannot handle the intensity or the blunt corrections, this isn't for you. But if you want real, honest growth in the Delhi NCR circuit, you are in the right place.
In the fitness scene, it is easy to find fancy gyms with loud music and shiny mirrors. It is much harder to find a space where the real work happens. My training style is forged from years under my Guruji, Mukesh Gahlot. When you join this brotherhood, you are not just another client. You are part of a team that expects you to show up, listen, and push your limits daily.
The System
We focus on heavy, compound movements. We do not skip leg day, and we do not chase ego lifts. You will perform squats, bench presses, and overhead presses with perfect tempo. I will be there to adjust your grip and keep your spinal alignment safe. The System is simple but demanding. It requires strict adherence to your diet charts, whether you are eating eggs, chicken, or rice. If your goals are serious, the discipline must be total.

I am Abhishek, a student of the iron game and a disciple of Guruji Mukesh Gahlot. I believe that training is 20 percent gym and 80 percent discipline. When you train with me, I am in your corner, fixing your posture and keeping your head in the game.
