Training is only one part of the game. If you aren't fueling properly or using the right gear, you are missing key pieces of the puzzle. This is the toolkit I rely on daily to maintain performance and recovery.

Fueling my workout with Atom Power Whey from Asitis Nutrition. Post-lift recovery is just as important as the lift itself.

Using quality supplements from Sixth Element to power my workouts. Time is the greatest teacher, and it will show your capabilities.

The best supplements from Sixth Element. Here I am using their EAA product to aid muscle recovery and growth during my workout.

Proud to be a brand athlete for Therish India. Wearing their training club t-shirt during a session. Good gear helps you feel good and perform better.

Gain mode is on. Wearing my "Gym Is My Drug" tank top, which perfectly describes my mindset.

Panther. In the gym wearing my favorite tank top. The right clothes can help you get into the zone for a tough workout.

Beast mode activated. This tank top says it all. When I train, I give it my all.

Just don't lose to yourself, Bajrangbali will take care of the rest. Training in my GymX apparel, feeling strong and focused.

About The System: Supplements & Gear

People often ask me which protein is the 'best,' but they miss the point. Supplements like Whey or EAAs are just tools—they only work if your nutrition is already on point. I use brands like Asitis and Sixth Element because the quality is reliable, not because they are magic pills. If you cannot afford them, don't stress about it; focus on your eggs, chicken, and rice first. Supplements are meant to fill the gaps in your hard work, not replace the fundamentals.

Don't waste money if your base nutrition isn't solid. That is the first thing I tell anyone who walks into the gym. When I recommend Atom Power Whey or Sixth Element EAAs, it is because I have personally used them to fuel my recovery after heavy compound lifts. They help hit your protein targets when the training volume is high, but they never replace a real meal.

Then there is the gear. You see me wearing Therish India or GymX apparel. It is not just about looking the part. The right fit helps you get into the zone. When you step into the gym, you should feel like a beast. If wearing a specific tank top or using a quality lifting belt helps you lock in your mental state, that is a tool you should use.

Here is how you should think about your setup:

  • Nutrition: Whole foods first. Eggs, chicken, rice. This is non-negotiable.
  • Supplementation: Only when your diet is tight. Whey, Creatine, Multivitamins.
  • Training Gear: Belts for heavy sets, straps for grip, and comfortable apparel for focus.

My Guruji taught me that 'System hai bhai'. You do not get the physique by shortcutting the process. You get it by being consistent with every single variable. If you are unsure what stack fits your current phase—whether you are cutting or bulking—drop a message. Let’s figure out what your body actually needs.
