Authentic Chaat and Fried Snacks in Delhi
Missing that real Delhi street corner taste? From crispy samosas to refreshing Dahi Bhalla, we make everything fresh to hit that perfect late-night spot.
Here's how I prepare my Dahi Bhalla, a refreshing and beloved chaat. Soft lentil dumplings are soaked and then generously topped with whipped yogurt, sweet tamarind chutney, and a sprinkle of spices and pomegranate.
This video shows the process of making my Corn Pakodas from scratch. I use fresh corn, mix it into a spiced gram flour batter, and fry until crispy. They are a perfect snack for a rainy day or any time you want something crunchy.
You can't go wrong with classic, hot samosas. Mine have a crispy, flaky pastry and are filled with a spiced potato and pea mixture, served with a tangy tamarind chutney for dipping.
For a modern twist, I make these Kurkure Momos. Steamed dumplings are coated in a crunchy batter and deep-fried until golden. They offer a unique texture and are served with mayonnaise and a spicy momo chutney.
A close-up of my Samosa Chaat, a true taste of Delhi street food. I load it with crumbled samosa, cool yogurt, tangy chutneys, sev, and fresh pomegranate seeds for a perfect mix of sweet, spicy, and crunchy in every bite.
My potato chips are made fresh in my kitchen, never from a packet. I slice fresh potatoes, boil them, and then deep-fry them in small batches until they are perfectly golden and crispy. This is how I ensure you get the best quality and taste.
About Chaat & Fried Snacks
Unlike the usual stuff, we do not buy our potato chips from a packet. We slice fresh potatoes, boil them, and fry them in small batches right here in our kitchen to get that perfect crunch. Whether it is our Samosa Chaat or fresh corn pakodas, we stick to the basics—fresh ingredients and that desi ghee touch.
Delhi street food is an emotion, and we are just trying to keep that magic alive. When we prepare our Dahi Bhalla, we do not take shortcuts. The lentil dumplings are soaked perfectly, and we top them with smooth, sweetened yogurt and a generous sprinkle of pomegranate and nylon sev for that texture you miss from your favourite childhood street corner. Our Samosa Chaat is another big hit—crumbled hot samosas doused in tangy chutneys.
We know the late-night hunger struggle is real. That is why our menu is built for those cravings. Our Corn Pakodas use fresh corn and gram flour batter, fried until they are golden and crispy, not greasy. And if you are feeling experimental, our Kurkure Momos give you that crunch without losing the classic momo taste. We believe that good food does not need to be fancy; it just needs to be honest. Everything we serve, from our Desi burgers to our thick-crust paneer pizzas, is made with a focus on bold flavours and generous portions. If you are in Delhi and want a taste that feels like home, you know where to look.
