When you walk into the gym, you expect to work out, not to worry. That is why I make sure every trainer here is certified in CPR and First Aid. Whether you are lifting heavy or just starting your fitness journey, you need to know that if anything goes wrong, my team knows exactly what to do. It is not just about the equipment, it is about having someone who can handle an emergency while you focus on your form.
Many people think a gym is just weights, treadmills, and loud music. I see it differently. A gym is a place where you push your body to its absolute limits, and with that comes a real responsibility. I refuse to have a team that does not understand basic life-saving skills. My trainers, like Vinod and Akash, are not just here to spot your deadlift, they are trained to recognize the signs of distress. We regularly practice these scenarios. You will see us training with CPR dummies and AED units on the gym floor, not because it is a trend, but because I believe in being prepared. This focus on safety is part of everything we do at our Hesaraghatta Road facility. We keep our space clear, we emphasize correct form to prevent injuries in the first place, and we have a team ready to act if the unexpected happens. When you train here, you are not just a member. You are someone I am responsible for.
