A key part of recovery and injury prevention is improving flexibility through safe, assisted stretching. This hands-on technique allows me to help clients achieve a deeper stretch, release muscle tension, and improve their overall range of motion.

Proper form is everything, especially during recovery. Here, I am providing hands on assistance with a shoulder stretch to ensure the movement is both safe and effective for improving mobility.

Whether indoors or out, my focus is on providing personalized guidance. This assisted side bend helps improve spinal mobility and flexibility in the obliques, all done with careful support to prevent strain.
