Creating a Second Home for Your Child
We believe school should feel like an extension of home—a calm, safe, and welcoming space where your child can truly be themselves and find their own rhythm.
Friendship begins with shared exploration. Here, two children work together on a flag matching game, learning about the world and each other.
The smiles on our children's faces are the best measure of our success. These two friends share a moment of joy during a group activity.
A handshake seals a new friendship. In our mixed-age classrooms, children learn social grace and courtesy through daily interactions.
Little conversations and shared giggles are the building blocks of community. We provide a space where these precious moments can happen naturally.
Our colorful and spacious play areas are designed for joy and development. They are a vital part of our campus where children can run, climb, and explore.
Every morning begins with a smile. We greet each child with warmth, making them feel seen, valued, and excited for the day ahead.
The best lessons often begin on the playground. Playtime is where social skills, motor coordination, and a love for exploration are developed.
About this collection
In our classrooms, you won't see children separated strictly by age. You will see a four-year-old gently helping a two-year-old master a puzzle or button a jacket. This mixed-age dynamic removes the pressure of comparison, allowing children to learn at their own pace while naturally building empathy, patience, and a deep sense of belonging within our school family.
At Chimes, we intentionally design our 10,000 sq ft facility in Basavanagudi to be more than just a place of academic instruction. We treat the environment as the 'third teacher.' When a child walks into our calm, humidity-controlled classrooms, they don't find noisy, overstimulating visuals. Instead, they find order, beauty, and authentic wooden Montessori materials that invite them to explore, touch, and understand the world.
Our focus on a mixed-age group is intentional. By grouping children between 2 and 6 years old, we mimic a real-world community. The younger children look up to their peers for guidance, while the older children develop leadership and confidence by mentoring others. This social structure reduces the stress of competition. It helps children develop emotional intelligence and a strong sense of independence, which are just as vital as the math and language skills they acquire.
We understand that for many families in Bengaluru, finding a school that values emotional safety is a top priority. Our teachers act as guides, not lecturers, observing each child to see when they are ready for the next challenge. Whether it is pouring water during a practical life activity or navigating our 7,000 sq ft outdoor play area, everything we do is aimed at helping your child feel capable, secure, and part of a community that truly cares.
