A complete homemade vegetarian feast I prepared for a birthday party of over 100 guests, featuring everything from starters like Hara Bhara Kebabs and Corn Cheese Balls to main courses like Aloo Mutter and Paneer Butter Masala, complete with fresh Phulkas, Veg Pulao, and Gajar ka Halwa for dessert.10
