The Arch Method: Evidence-Based Physiotherapy and Injury Rehab
We don't just treat symptoms—we identify the mechanical root of your pain and build the specific strength needed to get you moving better for the long run.
Every recovery journey starts with a detailed consultation. Here, I am taking the time to understand a client's history and symptoms to form an accurate diagnosis.
A focused consultation is key to our process. We listen carefully and assess thoroughly to ensure our treatment plan addresses the root cause of the problem.

About this collection
When you step onto our floor, you aren't getting a cookie-cutter exercise sheet or a quick fix. We start by mapping your movement patterns with AI-backed assessments to pinpoint exactly where your biomechanics are failing. From there, your plan transitions from table-based manual therapy to our gym floor, where we use heavy lifting and sport-specific drills to rebuild your capacity and return you to your peak performance.
From Clinical Diagnosis to Peak Strength
The Arch Method is our signature approach to rehabilitation. It is built on a simple premise: pain is merely a signal, and our job is to understand the biomechanical deficit causing it. We do not stop at symptom relief; we aim for total functional restoration.
1. Precision Diagnosis
Before we treat, we test. We use AI-powered knee assessments, the Functional Movement Screen (FMS), and orthopaedic provocation tests to understand your unique constraints. We map your gait, balance, and range of motion to create a baseline. You will know exactly why your injury occurred and what needs to change to prevent it from happening again.
2. The Rehabilitation Phase
Once we have our roadmap, we use a hybrid of manual and active therapy. Our sessions combine:
- Manual Therapy: Including dry needling, cupping, and joint mobilization to restore tissue health and range of motion.
- Clinical Pilates: Using reformers to build deep core stability, essential for anyone with back, knee, or shoulder issues.
3. Return-to-Performance
This is where we differ from standard clinics. We transition from the treatment table to the gym floor. Whether you are recovering from a complete ACL tear or managing chronic arthritis, we use strength and conditioning to make you robust. We utilize Olympic lifting platforms, kettlebells, and agility drills to ensure that by the time you leave our Whitefield facility, you are not just healed—you are stronger than you were before the injury.
We believe in empowering you with the knowledge to manage your own health. Our goal is to make you independent, resilient, and ready for whatever activity you love.
Arch Physiotherapy & Fitness
I am Valmiki Karthik. I started this clinic because I believe that recovery shouldn’t end at 'pain-free'—it should end at 'performance-ready.' My team and I guide you through the transition from injury to full activity, using the same science, biomechanics, and grit we use for the athletes we train.
