Fitness for me is more than just gym sessions—it's about the resilience, culture, and nature that shape who I am. My Kodava heritage is the bedrock of the strength I bring to every coaching session.

Being a Kodavathi is about more than tradition; it is a mindset of strength, resilience, and a deep connection to the land. I carry this spirit into everything I do, from trekking trails to coaching sessions in the gym.
