The game changes completely when you move from the traditional dirt court to a modern mat. On the mud, you need grit and raw grip to execute a hold, while the mat demands speed and precise footwork to escape a tackle. We train for both, ensuring our athletes understand the specific defensive chains and raiding rhythm required for each surface.
