High-Intensity Summer Sports Camp in Bangalore

About Summer Camp Action
Our summer camp isn't just about playing games; it is about the hustle. We run double sessions daily—morning and evening—to build raw stamina, speed, and sport-specific skills. You will be tired, but you will walk away a better athlete after these 45 days. Expect stadium stairs, tire flips, and real strategy, not just casual drills.

What You Will Do
- Double Sessions: We utilize both early morning and evening slots to maximize conditioning. Morning sessions focus on endurance and stadium runs, while evenings are reserved for skill drills and match play.
- Multi-Sport Rotation: We don't just focus on one thing. Athletes cycle through Kabaddi, Netball, Handball, and Athletics to build well-rounded coordination.
- Functional Conditioning: We use tractor tires, medicine balls, and agility ladders to build strength that actually helps you on the field.
More Than Just Training We believe in building a team, not just a class. Our summer camp includes a mandatory recreation day—a team outing to places like Nandi Hills or Lalbagh. This is when the group bonds, relaxes, and actually talks to each other off the field. Every participant gets an official team jersey, and we hand out certificates once you complete the program. If you are aged 10 or above and ready to work, we have a spot for you.
