Strength is key. Our athletes work with barbells for functional strength and perform group stretching to ensure flexibility and prevent injuries.
Building power and endurance, one step at a time. Our young champs tackle stadium stairs to develop leg strength and cardiovascular fitness.
We use plyometrics like box jumps and medicine ball exercises to develop explosive power, which is crucial for jumping and quick movements in any sport.
Hurdle drills are a staple in our training. They are excellent for improving agility, coordination, and speed for athletes of all ages.
A look at our circuit training, combining plyometric jumps, weighted step-ups with kettlebells, and medicine ball squats to build well-rounded athletes.
Core strength is the center of all athletic movement. Our athletes engage in various plank and bridge exercises to build a stable and powerful core.
It's not all drills. We build team strength and spirit with fun, competitive activities like Tug of War.
Every morning you have a choice: sleep with your dreams or wake up and chase them. Our athletes choose to chase them with drills like these hurdle jumps.
Partner workouts like wheelbarrow push-ups build upper body strength and trust between teammates. We follow it up with essential core work.
A typical circuit training session at our academy includes dumbbell workouts for strength and jump ropes for improving footwork and conditioning.

Our conditioning program at Rajiv Gandhi Sports Complex is designed for anyone 10 or older who wants to excel in Kabaddi, Netball, Handball, or Athletics. We treat every session like a championship practice.
