A day in our summer camp is full of energy. We get our little champions moving with partner exercises, sprints, and agility drills that make fitness fun and engaging.
We use the stadium environment to its fullest during our summer camps. This includes running the steps for endurance, followed by recreation time to build team spirit.
We love seeing the determination in our young athletes. These step climbing drills are tough, but they build the leg strength and endurance needed for any sport.
About Youth & Summer Camp Programs
Forget fancy air-conditioned gyms. We train on the dirt grounds and concrete stadium stairs at Rajiv Gandhi Sports Complex. Our camps for kids aged 10 and up focus on real-world athletic ability like speed, agility, and endurance, not just play time.
Our camp philosophy is simple: there is no substitute for hard work. We run these sessions six days a week, pushing young athletes to build stamina through long-distance running, ladder drills, and intense step-climbing exercises. Every camp session is designed to sharpen focus and build a solid foundation.
We group our athletes because the energy of a team is what drives personal improvement. Whether your child is looking to get fit, lose weight, or prep for competitive sports like Kabaddi or Netball, our training ground is where they earn their results.
