How We Train

- Outdoor Conditioning: We use the natural terrain of Rajiv Gandhi Stadium, including stair climbs and dirt track sprints, to build endurance and stamina that lasts.
- Athletic Conditioning: From tire flips and battle ropes to heavy lifting with barbells and kettlebells, we build a foundation of strength you can carry anywhere.
- Speed & Agility: We use mini hurdle drills and ladder exercises to sharpen your coordination and vertical leap, which is essential for sports like Netball, Handball, and Kabaddi.
