I stop the boredom of standard workshops. My hybrid sessions combine 45 minutes of real talk on resilience with 15 minutes of work-clothes-friendly movement. We focus on productivity, breaking the sedentary cycle, and finding joy in movement, all while keeping it respectful of your office environment.
Keynote & Mass Events
For large gatherings, conferences, or marathons, I bring high-voltage energy. I use my background in Zumba and plyometrics to get crowds moving instantly. Whether it's 10 or 1,000 attendees, the objective is the same: to get the blood pumping and the mindset shifted. I’m comfortable with 4:00 AM marathon starts or late-night stage activations.
Mom Empowerment
I dedicate specific time to working mothers, sharing my own struggles with balance and self-care. It’s about survival, self-respect, and showing our kids that we can chase our own dreams too. These sessions are raw, honest, and meant to leave you feeling capable of tackling the next week.
