I’ve lived the corporate grind and the hustle of the fitness world. My sessions for women and moms aren't about perfecting a workout; they're about reclaiming your strength, balancing the chaos, and owning your story with zero apologies.

It was a privilege to address the amazing moms at the Mompower360 conference. I shared my journey and spoke on the transformative power of fitness in shaping not only our own lives but the lives of our children.

I had a chance to speak to girls under 25 at a Wesness event. I believe we have a responsibility to teach the next generation what we've learned through experience, especially about confidence and self-worth.

Pretty girls lift with grit in their eyes and confidence in their bones. This is for the women who lift not to look cute, but to feel powerful, rewriting the definition of strength with every rep.

True beauty comes from the hustle. I believe beauty isn't about your skin or body, but the strength that shines through your struggles. The most beautiful version of you is the one that never gave up.

On the occasion of Navaratri, a reminder to every woman: the goddess is not just in temples. She lives in you, in your courage, and in the fire that refuses to shrink. Dream bold and live unapologetically.

The first time I draped my mom’s saree, I felt her strength and resilience. It was a reminder that I am capable of carrying life’s weight with elegance, inheriting her courage with every fold.
