How I Structure My Events
- Corporate & Office Wellness: I move away from standard routines to create interactive, dance-based sessions. These are perfect for team bonding, stress relief, and breaking the monotony of a long workday. We mix Zumba and Strong Nation based on the vibe you want.
- Large Scale Warm-ups: For marathons, walkathons, and public events, my focus is on dynamic, safe mobility exercises. I use clear call-and-response tactics to keep the energy high across the entire field, ensuring participants are pumped up and injury-free before they start.
- Masterclasses: These are theatrical fitness showcases. I bring the choreography, the music mix, and often a team of co-instructors to ensure synchronized, high-impact visuals that work perfectly for high-end events.
What I Need From Your Venue
To keep the energy consistent, I require a few technical basics. For any event, a professional sound system is non-negotiable, preferably with wireless headset microphones. If we are on a stage, I need clear sightlines so the back rows can follow the moves. For corporate sessions, I can work with standard PA speakers as long as they support Bluetooth or Aux connectivity. I bring the playlist, the moves, and the hype; you just need to bring the crowd.
