My BollyBeats sessions are designed for anyone who wants to move but hates the monotony of a treadmill. We combine high-energy cardio with expressive choreography, ensuring a full-body workout that feels more like a hangout with friends.
What to Expect
- Interactive Sessions: We use Zoom’s grid view, so while I lead, we’re all in this together. Whether you turn your camera on or off is entirely up to you—zero judgment here.
- The Music Mix: It’s a wild blend of Bollywood, Tamil, and Kannada chartbusters. One minute we’re dancing to a high-tempo Bollywood track, the next we’re moving to a smooth South Indian melody.
- Flexible Options: You can try a single drop-in class to see if you like the vibe, or go for the monthly bundle if you want to commit. The monthly pack is great because it includes access to my pre-recorded video library, giving you the flexibility to squeeze in a workout even on days you can't make the live session.
Who Should Join?
Honestly, everyone. If you’ve never danced before, start here. If you’re a seasoned dancer, you’ll find plenty to challenge you. My goal is to make fitness feel less like a chore and more like a 'bukhaar' (dance fever) you actually look forward to. All you need is a 4x4 sq. ft. space, a laptop or phone, and a willingness to laugh at yourself.
