Dancing is about more than just burning calories. It's about finding that balance—from high-energy BollyBeats to the soothing stretches that help you recover.

A warm-up routine from ZIN 114. It's important to get your body ready for the workout, and we do it with fun, easy-to-follow moves.

A warm-up from ZIN Volume 108. This is how we start our virtual classes, by gradually increasing the heart rate and warming up the muscles.

Another great warm-up routine. I make sure every class starts with the right energy to prepare you for the main session.

This is my current favorite cool-down track. It's the perfect way to stretch, breathe, and bring your heart rate down after an intense workout.

A soothing cool-down to the song 'Tu Mile'. The end of the class is just as important as the beginning.

A pre-cool-down stretch. We gradually transition from high-energy tracks to slower ones to help the body recover.

A clip from an online class cool-down. We focus on stretching and flexibility to finish off our dance fit session.

A quick reel against the city lights. Just moving and having fun with the music.

A glimpse of an online dance fitness session. This is the convenience of virtual classes, you can join from anywhere.

A short clip from a class video. Every session is packed with different routines and music.

About More Routines & Cool-Downs

Most people focus only on the main workout, but the real secret to staying consistent is the transition. In my live classes, I make sure we spend dedicated time on the warm-ups to get your heart rate up safely, and the cool-downs to stretch it all out. It is the difference between feeling stiff the next day and feeling ready to dance again.

A great dance fitness session is a full-body experience that starts before the first beat drops and finishes long after the last song ends. My 60-minute virtual sessions are structured to keep you safe and energized.

We kick things off with a dynamic warm-up. This isn't just about moving; it's about waking up your muscles, lubricating your joints, and getting your mind in the 'dance zone'. Whether we are doing Zumba or high-intensity BollyBeats, this prep work is non-negotiable.

The main routine is where the party happens. We mix Latin, Arabic, and Bollywood rhythms to keep things fresh. But the real 'reset' button happens in the final 10 minutes. I guide you through a cool-down that helps bring your heart rate down gradually and stretches the muscle groups we just worked. If you are doing Zumba Toning, we focus a little extra on those muscles to prevent soreness.

Because my classes are online, you don't have to worry about the commute right after. You can finish your cool-down stretches in your own space, grab a water, and just chill. It is the most practical way to fit fitness into your life without the rigidity of a gym.

I'm Shabna, and for me, dance is just a way to laugh, sweat, and hit reset. I’ve been teaching dance fitness for a long time, and my goal is always the same: keep it fun, inclusive, and judgment-free, whether you're joining my Zumba Gold or BollyBeats session.
