About Online Dance Fitness Workouts

My sessions are basically a living room dance party. I blend high-intensity cardio with the latest Bollywood tracks, so you get a serious workout without the dread of a treadmill. It is all about that main character energy while you sweat.

Think of this as a guilt-free cardio explosion. I update my playlist constantly with the latest hits, so whether you are grooving to the newest releases or bringing some retro energy, the beat never gets old.

My workout structure is simple. We start with a dynamic warm-up to get the blood flowing, move into a 45-minute intense cardio segment that mixes Bollywood flair with classic Zumba steps, and finish with a yoga-inspired cool down. You do not need a studio setup to join. All you need is some space, a good pair of sneakers, and the willingness to let loose.

I created these sessions for everyone who wants to burn calories while actually having fun. If you are in Mumbai and looking for something more intensive, I do take on private clients at my South Mumbai studio, though my calendar fills up fast.
