I don't believe in perfect form; I believe in the right kind of energy. In these global rhythm sessions, my goal is to get you sweaty and smiling—whether you are a seasoned dancer or just starting. We keep the music fresh with an evolving mix of Latin, Arabic, and Bollywood tracks, so no two sessions ever feel the same.
My Zumba classes are built on variety. We don't just stick to one beat because life is too colourful for that. We rotate through ZIN-approved releases, pulling in everything from the intense hip-work of Arabic electronic tracks to the infectious rhythm of Brazilian funk and Salsa.
I structure the hour to keep your heart rate up without it feeling like a chore. We start with a warm-up, move into the high-intensity main routines, and finish with a cool-down. Because these are live sessions, I can see you on the grid, and I am there to cheer you on—not to judge your steps.
