This is the energy I bring to every online dance fitness class. It's all about feeling the music, letting go, and having a great time. This BollyBeats routine is a perfect example of the fun we have.

You do not need a fancy studio to start. My classes happen live on Zoom, so you can join from your living room with your camera on or off. We focus on the 'bhasad', or that perfect mix of high-energy Bollywood tracks and Latin beats where nobody cares if you miss a step, as long as you are smiling and sweating.
My Approach to Dance Fitness
I believe dance is where we hit the reset button. My virtual sessions are not stiff gym classes where you are watched or judged. They are live, interactive, and meant to feel like a bunch of friends hanging out to get a workout in.
What We Cover
- Zumba Fitness: The classic party vibe. We move to Latin and world rhythms like Salsa and Reggaeton.
- BollyBeats: Pure masthi with the latest Bollywood, Tamil, and Kannada hits. This is high energy and expressive.
- Zumba Toning: For those who want to add light weights to sculpt and define muscles during the routine.
- Zumba Gold & Step: I offer lower-impact options for seniors and step-based cardio for those who want to intensify the burn.
Practical Details
Since these are live sessions, I keep them interactive. You will need a space of about 4x4 sq. ft. to move around comfortably. If you join for a drop-in session, you get the live experience to really engage with the community. For those looking for more flexibility, my monthly bundles include access to a VOD library, so you can dance even when you cannot make the live slot. I run batches throughout the week across different time zones, so finding a slot that fits your schedule is usually easy.
