About Bollyburns: Bollywood Dance Fitness
You might be used to gym sessions that feel like a chore, but our 60-minute Bollyburns class is a different story. We split the hour into 40 minutes of non-stop Bollywood cardio to get your heart rate up, followed by 20 minutes of dedicated muscle toning, so you leave feeling stronger without realizing you just did a serious workout.
We started with a wild idea 27 years ago: give people a real home, not just a class. That philosophy drives our Bollyburns sessions. We believe fitness should be about letting loose and connecting with the music rather than counting reps. You do not need to be a trained dancer or have any prior experience to join.
Our classes are designed to be a complete package. Each session includes a mix of Bollywood, Latin, and pop-inspired moves, ensuring you never get bored. Because we have multiple studio locations across Chennai and Bangalore—including Kilpauk, Adyar, Kodambakkam, Indiranagar, and Koramangala—we keep our batches convenient for your schedule.
Every studio is equipped with climate control and professional wooden sprung floors, which are much gentler on your joints than concrete or tile. We provide mats for the floor work, so all you need to bring are clean indoor shoes and a water bottle. Whether you are a working professional looking to de-stress, a parent taking some time out for yourself, or simply someone who loves to move, you will find a supportive group here. We also offer dedicated ladies-only batches if that makes you feel more comfortable. Just come as you are, and we will take care of the rest.
