As a dedicated yogi, I find balance everywhere, even on the reformer. Here, I flow through Virabhadrasana and Natarajasana, showing how yoga asanas can be deepened with the support of the machine.

This shows how a single machine, the reformer, can combine the functionalities of yoga, gym, and Pilates for a truly comprehensive workout.
