Movement is a conversation between the body and the breath. My approach to Pilates is not about intensity or speed, but about finding that 'Sthira Sukham'—steady and comfortable—in every movement. Welcome to a practice where we connect to our core and find peace in our own rhythm.

This is the Snake pose, a practice in control and precision. It's a moment of challenge, but I trust that consistency builds not just strength, but also grace. This is the core of my reformer Pilates practice.

Two bodies moving as one. In my duet reformer sessions, we synchronize breath and movement, creating a shared rhythm. It's a beautiful way to practice with a friend, finding balance together.

As a dedicated yogi, I find balance everywhere, even on the reformer. Here, I flow through Virabhadrasana and Natarajasana, showing how yoga asanas can be deepened with the support of the machine.

The core is our powerhouse, the center from which all movement flows. This mat exercise uses a spine corrector to deepen core engagement and improve spinal alignment, building strength from within.

The jumpboard adds a playful, low-impact cardio element to our reformer sessions. It's about floating like a butterfly but landing with the control of a pro, connecting power with precision.

Here, I use a resistance band and light weights on the reformer to enhance stability and strength. This boosts mind-body coordination through breath awareness and controlled, intentional movement.

Joseph Pilates said, "If your spine is inflexibly stiff at 30, you are old. If it is completely flexible at 60, you are young." This simple bridging exercise is essential for spinal mobility and lasting vitality.

Mindful practice is key. I guide you to synchronize breath and body, using the Ujjayi breath to cultivate focus and a deep connection. This transforms your practice into a moving meditation.

About Featured

Before you step onto the mat or the reformer, it helps to know that my classes prioritize alignment over repetition. Whether we are working on the reformer or using props on the mat, I offer manual cues to ensure your spine is supported and your core is truly engaged. We do not chase perfect form; we chase the feeling of being strong and balanced from the inside out.
