Moving together creates a shared energy that is hard to replicate alone. Whether it is a friend or a partner, my duet sessions are designed to help you find rhythm, balance, and strength side by side.

About Duet & Partner Pilates
In these sessions, we use adjacent reformer machines to keep you in sync. You are not just working out next to each other, you are mirroring movements and using partner-assisted stretches to deepen the work. It requires coordination and communication, turning the exercise into a shared practice that holds you both accountable to the flow.
Working out with a partner is a gentle way to stay consistent with your practice. When you move in tandem, you naturally match the tempo of your partner, which helps maintain the steady rhythm crucial for Pilates. My sessions integrate the precision of Stott Pilates with the grounding elements of yoga. We use props like the Magic Circle and stability balls alongside the reformer to challenge your coordination.
The duet format is not about intensity for the sake of it. It is about supporting each other. We use the apparatus to provide assistance, ensuring you both get the most out of your spinal mobility and core conditioning. Whether you are aiming to rehab an old injury or simply want to improve your posture, the added accountability of a partner makes the progress feel lighter.
These sessions are available at Defeat Fitness in JLT and Flow O2 in Arjan. We spend 55 to 60 minutes working through a flow that respects both of your bodies, ensuring that even if your fitness levels differ, the workout remains safe and effective.
