About More Than Just Yoga: Pilates, Zumba & Kickboxing

We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach when mixing these styles. When we structure a yoga and kickboxing combo, we divide the 60 minutes into two distinct phases: the first half focuses on high-intensity movement and strikes to boost your heart rate, while the second half transitions into controlled breathing and assisted stretching. This balance allows you to get the cardiovascular benefits of kickboxing without the burnout or joint fatigue that often follows high-impact gym workouts.

Pilates for Core & Posture If you spend long hours at a desk, our mat Pilates sessions are designed specifically to target postural muscles. Unlike gym-based machine Pilates, we bring resistance bands and blocks to your home. We focus on controlled, slow movements that fix lower back strain and build a rock-solid core.

Zumba at Home Sometimes you just need to move. Our Zumba sessions are all about music and energy. We curate the playlist to keep your momentum high, turning your living room into a private studio where you do not have to worry about an audience.

How We Work All sessions are 60 minutes long. We provide the necessary gear, including resistance bands, boxing pads, and blocks. You only need to clear some floor space and have your mat ready. We offer a free demo session to every new client so you can test which combination works for your body. No pressure, just a chance to see how it feels.
