Our version of the butterfly dance. This is a great stretching exercise we do post-workout to improve hip flexibility and relax the muscles.
We tried the Static Hold Challenge and felt the burn. These exercises, like wall sits and planks, are amazing for building endurance and mental toughness.
About Strength, Core & Flexibility
We don't rely on intimidating heavy machines or treadmills here. Our strength and core sessions focus on functional movements, using Pilates rings, battle ropes, and resistance bands to help you build real-world strength. Because I keep our batches small, usually between 8 to 15 members, I can actually see your form and give you the personal correction you need to stay injury-free while you work hard.
