You can't out-train a bad diet. I believe eating well is a sign of self-respect, and I love starting my day with a nutrient-packed smoothie bowl with berries, nuts, and a little dark chocolate.

My go-to morning drink on an empty stomach: fresh amla, lemon, and mint juice. It's a simple habit that works wonders for detoxification, metabolism, and giving your skin a healthy glow.
