Healthy Habits & Nutrition for Women
Getting strong isn't just about what you lift; it's about what you feed your body. I keep my nutrition simple, real, and sustainable—no crash diets, just habits that stick.
You can't out-train a bad diet. I believe eating well is a sign of self-respect, and I love starting my day with a nutrient-packed smoothie bowl with berries, nuts, and a little dark chocolate.
My go-to morning drink on an empty stomach: fresh amla, lemon, and mint juice. It's a simple habit that works wonders for detoxification, metabolism, and giving your skin a healthy glow.
About Healthy Habits & Nutrition
I don't track every single calorie, and I definitely don't believe in cutting out the foods you love. My approach is about adding simple, high-impact habits—like swapping a heavy breakfast for a nutrient-dense smoothie bowl or starting your morning with a detoxifying amla and lemon drink—that actually make you feel energized. When you build self-respect through your nutrition, the physical results in the gym follow naturally.
Many of my clients come to me asking for a strict, restrictive diet chart. My answer is always the same: diets are temporary, but habits are what actually change your life. In my 'Alpha Body Transformation' packages, we focus on daily dietary accountability rather than temporary meal plans. We look at small, actionable changes that fit into your busy Mumbai lifestyle, whether you're working from an office in Bandra or balancing a household in Juhu.
Why this works
- Sustainability: If you can't eat it for the rest of your life, don't start it for 30 days. We focus on clean, whole foods that keep you fueled for heavy lifting and yoga.
- The 'Work-In' Philosophy: Just like my yoga classes, I treat nutrition as a 'work-in.' It's about listening to your body’s signals—knowing when you need energy to push through a deadlift session and when you need to recover.
- Real-World Application: I share the exact hacks I use to stay consistent, from prepping easy detox juices on busy mornings to finding protein-rich snacks that don't take an hour to prepare.
If you are looking for someone to help you navigate your relationship with food while building physical strength, you are in the right place. Let's make wellness feel like a reward, not a chore.
