This is not for casual weekend play. We focus on match-play endurance, rapid-fire footwork, and aggressive point construction. If you want to train at the level required for national and international competition, you are in the right place.

"Chal, chal, chal!" This is a typical high-intensity volley drill with Aarjun Pandit. We focus on quick reactions, precise footwork, and handling difficult balls at the net to prepare for match pressure.

A relentless volley drill with Aarjun. The goal is to maintain technique and intensity under fatigue, simulating the critical moments in a tough three-set match. This is where mental fortitude is built.

"Every single ball, come on!" Coach pushes Aryan Vij through a demanding volley and footwork drill. We emphasize maintaining form and aggression on every shot, not just the easy ones.

A coach-fed drill with Aarjun Pandit, working on moving to the ball and hitting with a higher contact point. This kind of repetitive, targeted practice is essential for grooving strokes for competitive play.

Working on directional hitting and placement with Aryan. This drill isn't just about hitting the ball hard; it's about controlling the point by moving the opponent and creating openings.

"Lage rahenge!" (We will keep at it!). A high-repetition groundstroke drill with 12-year-old Arsh. We instill a strong work ethic and resilience in our junior players from day one.

Point play with 9-year-old Aaryana. Even at a young age, we incorporate match-play scenarios into training to develop tactical awareness and the ability to construct points.

About The Grind: High-Intensity Training Sessions

We don't just feed balls; we run a 5-hour daily regimen on our Red Clay courts specifically to build match endurance and technical consistency. You will be pushed, and you will learn to hit hard under pressure because that is the only way to climb the AITA and ITF rankings.
