About Meet the Baker & Our Process
I remember when we got an order for 30,000 brownies. We were terrified, but we didn't just deliver. We proved that even massive orders can taste like they came straight out of a home kitchen. My process isn't about fancy corporate manuals. It is about Le Cordon Bleu technique applied to real, messy, delicious cakes. When you chat with me, you aren't talking to a booking agent. You are talking to the person who spent years with flour everywhere, figuring out exactly how to make brownies fudgy and cakes heavenly.
From Solo Kitchen to Team Xtraordinary
I started Xtraordinary at 23 with nothing but a home oven and a lot of trial and error. I spent years in my kitchen, learning by burning, before heading to Le Cordon Bleu to sharpen my technique. That training changed how I look at baking, but it didn't change who I am. My team and I still treat every cake like it is the only one in the oven.
Why Our Process Works
We do not believe in assembly-line desserts. Whether you order a custom 3D fondant creation or a simple lunchbox cake, we handle it with the same obsession. We use Belgian Couverture chocolate because compound does not cut it. We use fresh seasonal fruits because canned ones lack soul. And when it comes to custom themes, we sketch, we prototype, and we figure out the engineering to make sure your cake stands tall.

Can you handle bulk orders? Absolutely. We have delivered 30,000 brownies before, so big corporate events or festive hampers are well within our wheelhouse.
Do you take custom requests? I love a challenge. From superhero themes to LED-lit wedding centerpieces, if you can imagine it, we can bake it.
Where are you based? My kitchen, La Rosette Patisserie, is in Lajpat Nagar. We deliver across Delhi NCR.
