About this collection
People see the final cake, but they often miss the hours of carving or the structural dowels holding up those heavy tiers. I don't use shortcuts or mass-produced premixes. Whether I am sculpting a dragon for a birthday or stacking a three-tier wedding cake, every single element is hand-finished in my Ghaziabad kitchen. It is messy work, it takes time, and that is exactly why it tastes better.
How I Bake Your Memories
When you order a custom cake, you aren't just getting a dessert. You are getting hours of planning and execution.
1. The Consultation & Design It starts with your idea. Whether you bring me a Pinterest inspo pic or a wild concept, we sit down to figure out how to make it edible. I sketch out designs, especially for the 3D sculpted cakes, to make sure the physics actually works.
2. From Scratch, Always I don't believe in using preservatives to extend shelf life. I bake in small, fresh batches. If you order a rich chocolate truffle cake, that’s real ganache made from scratch. For those 3D cakes, I use a denser sponge because it needs to hold the weight of the fondant and the structural armature inside.
3. The Sculpting & Detailing This is where the magic happens. I use sharp-edge techniques for a clean finish on buttercream, and ganache layering for a rock-solid base before any fondant touches the cake. For figures—like those jungle animals or specific characters—I hand-sculpt them. It’s slow, steady, and requires patience.
4. Structure & Transport I take the structure seriously. For multi-tier cakes, I use internal doweling so the cake doesn't collapse under its own weight. I personally oversee the packing because my cakes are fragile works of art, especially when I’m delivering across Delhi NCR.
My studio is my happy place, but it’s also a workshop. I’m not here to churn out factory cakes. I’m here to make sure that when you cut that cake, it looks exactly like the vision you had in your head.
