I believe in making every gathering feel special, not like a cookie-cutter function. My thing is mixing culture, art, and community so even regular days turn memorable. I get the biggest kick seeing kids light up on stage or families bonding over a festival activity.
What I Love Doing
- Community festival planning is my jam - from Christmas flea markets run by kids, Diwali nights with live music, to Janmashtami dance-dramas.
- My Ram-Leela musicals are a riot. Kids dive into old stories, act their hearts out, and everyone goes home humming tunes. That community feeling? Pure magic.
- I’m a total nerd for heritage storytelling events and ancient art. You’ll find me geeking out over Chitrakathi shadow puppetry, bringing in artists, and even getting kids to make their own puppets.
How Things Go Down
- I handle everything - planning, decor, publicity, the works. You just show up and enjoy.
- Events can be at my studio or anywhere your community hangs out.
- I always try to add an interactive folk art activity or an open mic for kids and adults to show off their talents.
Not every event is huge or perfect, but it’s always heartfelt, and there’s always a story at the end.

My Story
We’re Wondershop and honestly, we just wanted to make a space where everyone could breathe easy and have fun, especially parents and their kids. This all started when we saw a little girl, Ria, light up making her own soft toy - that joy is what keeps us going. Not just for kids, though! We love mixing old stories, art, and music - like that Chitrakathi art from Maharashtra. For us, it’s about bringing people together, making memories, and sharing a bit of wonder.
