Industrial spaces deserve to be more than just functional sheds. We design factories and offices that breathe, using sustainable practices to prioritize the people who work in them.

The central green oasis in our 90,000 sq ft textile mill design. The inward-facing shop floor looks onto this courtyard, which creates a wind tunnel effect, providing visual relief and natural cooling from the harsh North Indian heat.

An exterior render of the eco-conscious textile mill. The design features dramatic, curved rooflines and a water body that contributes to the natural cooling system, blending innovative form with sustainable function.

This video introduces our 90,000 sq ft textile mill design, marrying industry with nature. The green oasis provides visual relief and natural cooling, powered by solar cells and built with eco-friendly materials, redefining industrial spaces sustainably.

A collage showing both the exterior form and the interior courtyard of the textile mill. This highlights the core concept of an inward-looking design that prioritizes the well-being of the people working inside.

An alternate view of the textile mill's exterior, showcasing the sawtooth roofline with integrated solar cells and walls clad in stone. The design balances industrial requirements with a strong, natural aesthetic.

A render of the textile mill's boundary wall, featuring a dynamic, patterned facade. This element shows our commitment to creating visual interest and thoughtful design in every part of a project, not just the main building.

A perspective view of the textile mill, showing the relationship between the administrative blocks and the production areas. The entire campus is designed for logical flow and a cohesive architectural language.

The Sleepwell Head Office in Noida is a prime example of sustainable commercial design. Its LEED Platinum certification was achieved through features like a high-performance facade, rainwater harvesting, and energy-efficient systems.

About Industrial Architecture: Where Nature Meets Industry

In our textile mill project, we moved away from standard box factory designs. By creating an inward-facing shop floor that wraps around a central green oasis, we generate a natural wind tunnel effect. This provides passive cooling, giving the workforce visual and thermal relief from the harsh North Indian heat without relying solely on mechanical HVAC systems.
