Sustainable Corporate Office Design
I design workplaces that minimize energy consumption while maximizing natural light. My approach combines solar passive techniques with modern materials to create office spaces that prioritize climate control and occupant productivity.
A collage of the Technopolis IT Hub, a project we completed nearly two decades ago. The images show how the building has gracefully aged, maintaining its modern aesthetic and functional integrity.
A clear shot of the Technopolis facade, showing the combination of stone cladding and blue-tinted glass. This design choice was instrumental in creating a professional and enduring corporate identity.
Multiple angles of the Technopolis building, focusing on the entrance canopy and the upper-level facade articulation. The design remains a benchmark for functional IT infrastructure in the region.
A detailed look at the facade of the Technopolis IT Hub. The grid-like pattern of the cladding provides a sense of order and scale to the structure.
A street-level render of our new solar passive office building on the Noida-Greater Noida expressway. This view shows how the building interacts with its environment, with green spaces and pedestrian access at the forefront.
A render focusing on the entrance and drop-off area of the sustainable office building. The design features a cantilevered canopy that provides shelter while complementing the building's vertical facade lines.
A direct frontal view of the solar passive building concept. This angle clearly illustrates the rhythmic pattern of the vertical fins, which are crucial for the building's energy performance.
About Corporate & Sustainable Office Buildings
Most office blocks in Noida become heat traps because of their glass facades. My approach is different. I integrate solar passive elements—like vertical louvers and deep recesses—directly into the design. This cuts your AC load and keeps your interiors bright throughout the day without the intense glare and heat gain that turns standard glass boxes into expensive, uncomfortable spaces to maintain.
Architecture That Performs
Building an office in NCR requires more than just a sleek appearance. It demands a facade that responds to our specific climate. My design philosophy revolves around 'Alankar'—the idea that a building should possess both beauty and profound meaning. For a corporate space, that meaning is performance.
My Solar Passive Strategy
I focus on three core elements to ensure your building is energy-efficient and comfortable:
- Climate-Responsive Facades: Instead of a generic curtain wall, I design facades that shield the interior from direct solar radiation while allowing soft, ambient daylight to penetrate deep into the workspace.
- Thermal Regulation: By utilizing materials like exposed brick and stone alongside glass, I create thermal mass that naturally stabilizes indoor temperatures, reducing reliance on mechanical cooling.
- Strategic Massing: Every project starts with a solar orientation study. This ensures the building footprint and internal layout work with the sun's path, not against it.
Proven Longevity
I believe in creating structures that last. My design for the Technopolis IT Hub in Noida has remained a benchmark for IT infrastructure for nearly two decades. The key was a timeless material palette—stone cladding paired with functional glass—that ages gracefully. When you invest in a corporate building, you are looking for a structure that stays relevant, efficient, and operationally sound long after construction concludes. That is the standard I bring to every commercial project, from Grade-A business centers to campus master planning.
