We design hospitality and wellness environments that balance high-energy activity with intuitive wayfinding. From custom-lit fitness centers to dynamic retail layouts, our work prioritizes the user journey.

About this collection

In high-traffic environments like the DLF Thrive fitness centers, we move beyond surface aesthetics to solve circulation. We use bold graphic wayfinding and custom lighting to instinctively guide members through different zones, ensuring the space functions as smoothly as it looks.

Hospitality and retail architecture is fundamentally about managing how people move, interact, and feel within a space. Whether designing a gym, a hotel, or a retail outlet, our approach is rooted in operational clarity and materiality.

Designing for Flow and Experience

When we take on a hospitality or wellness project, we analyze the user journey before we sketch a single line. In a fitness center, for instance, this means:

  • Intuitive Wayfinding: Using graphic elements and colour-coding to define zones—such as separating high-intensity cardio areas from focused strength training—so the user knows where they are without reading signs.
  • Material Honesty: We prefer exposed ceilings and industrial finishes that not only fit the high-energy vibe of a gym but also make maintenance straightforward.
  • Lighting Architecture: Rather than standard grid lighting, we use custom fixtures that follow the paths of movement, acting as a visual guide through the facility.

Our Philosophy

We avoid the trap of generic, trend-heavy design. Instead, we look for local context and material integrity. In Chennai, this meant using vibrant yellow accents to pay homage to the city's energy; in our Gurgaon projects, it involved bold reds to define a powerful atmosphere. Every project we undertake aims to create a cohesive composition where the lighting, the layout, and the materials work in concert to improve the visitor's experience.
