WeMove is now an adult. We are celebrating 18 years of creating a new wave of theatre and arts in Bengaluru with our special 18th-year anniversary logo.
A look back at 'The Year That Was'. In 2024, we staged 7 shows, conducted 7 WeMove School of Drama courses, supported 4 new productions, and ran over 150 corporate theatre programs.

About The WeMove Community
It is common to find our workshop graduates working alongside us on stage just months later. We do not believe in keeping our studio a closed door. Our Jayanagar space functions as a hub for rehearsals, jam sessions, and late-night script discussions where our community actually takes shape, turning students into collaborators.
Theatre is not just about memorizing lines or delivering a perfect monologue. We believe in acting as a reaction and a constant conversation. For us, the community is the bedrock of everything we stage—from political satires to interactive murder mysteries.
The WeMove Approach
We are a collective. When you walk into our studio, you are not just a participant; you are part of an 18-year journey of Bengaluru's Rangabhoomi (theatre world). We prioritize real, practical learning. Our studio in Jayanagar is where this happens—it is our base for movement drills, voice training, and the rigorous rehearsals that lead up to shows at venues like Ranga Shankara.
More Than a Workshop
We view our theatre workshops as the starting point for relationships. Many of our troupe members started as students in our 'Big Step' or 'Spotlight' courses. We actively encourage this transition because a performance is only as strong as the trust between the actors on stage.
