First Leaf: Theatre Workshops for Kids in Bengaluru

We do not believe in star-making factories or boring theory. In our Jayanagar studio, your child learns by doing—whether through animal movement exercises, improvisation games, or simply speaking up with clarity. The goal is simple: helping them feel comfortable in their own skin, on stage and off.

Our 'First Leaf' programme is crafted specifically for children aged 8 to 12. We keep batch sizes small to ensure every child gets the attention they need to step out of their shell.

What happens in a session?

Our sessions are split into movement, voice, and social dynamics. We start with physical warm-ups like mimicry and coordination drills to help them understand their own bodies. From there, we move to vocal projection—learning how to speak loudly and clearly without shouting.

The most important part is social dynamics. We use collaborative theatre games to break down stage fright. When a child learns to trust their partner in an improv game, that confidence stays with them long after the session ends.
