Safety First: Essential Survival Swimming Lessons
We believe swimming is a survival skill, not just a sport. Our curriculum focuses on giving your child the instincts to stay safe in the water from day one.
Our program is built on a foundation of water safety. Here you can see how we teach life-saving techniques, including back floats to conserve energy, rollover breathing, and safely navigating to the pool wall. These skills give both children and parents peace of mind.

About Safety First: Essential Survival Skills
We don't start with fancy strokes; we start with the reflexes that keep your child safe. In every class, you will see us teaching children how to roll over for a breath, how to find the wall, and how to back float to conserve energy. This is how we build the bedrock of water confidence, ensuring that if they ever fall in, they know exactly what to do to get to safety.
Our survival-first methodology is based on a US-proprietary syllabus designed for children as young as 4 months. We avoid generic coaching styles in favor of specific, drill-based training that creates muscle memory. You will hear our instructors using commands like 'Soldier, Tickle, T'—this is how we teach children the mechanics of a stable back float without scaring them.
For children under 5, we require in-water participation from one parent. This isn't just about safety; it’s about bonding. You become the partner in your child's learning process, helping them transition from the fear of the unknown to the joy of being in the water. We practice these drills at the Andaz Hotel pool in Aerocity, where the water is temperature-controlled and maintained by robotic cleaners to ensure zero irritation for sensitive infant skin.
We also tackle the 'What if my baby cries?' anxiety head-on. Our classes are intentionally small, with a strict 7:1 student-to-instructor ratio, allowing us to pivot from drills to games instantly if a child gets overwhelmed. We use songs like 'Humpty Dumpty' and interactive color play to distract from the fear and refocus on the task. By the time they graduate from our survival module, they aren't just swimming; they are water-aware, confident, and safe.
