About For Parents: Your Questions Answered
The most common question we get is, 'What if my baby cries during the first session?' It is a normal part of the process. We do not use force; we use familiar songs and games to turn that Day 1 anxiety into Day 3 giggles. Since you will be in the water with your child for the first few levels, you are not just watching from the sidelines—you are the anchor that helps them feel safe while we handle the technique.
What to Pack
You do not need fancy gear. For the pool, the essentials are simple: a reusable swim diaper for infants, a soft towel, and a comfortable swimsuit for both you and your child. We recommend a long-sleeve shirt for the little ones to stay warm during the 30-minute session.
The Parent-Executed Model
For children under 5 years old (Levels 1-4), our methodology is instructor-led but parent-executed. This means you will be in the pool, handling your child under our guidance. This setup creates a secure environment and allows you to participate in every milestone, from the first bubble-blowing to independent floating.
Our 'No-Makeup' Policy
We operate with strict logistics because we prioritize safety and consistency. Because our batches are limited to 7 students, we have a firm no-makeup or refund policy for missed classes. We understand this is a significant commitment, but it ensures every student gets the same focused attention in every session.
Water Quality and Facility Standards
We are obsessive about hygiene. We use US-standard pool sanitation and robot cleaners to ensure the water is gentle on infant skin. Whether you are swimming at the Andaz Hotel in Aerocity or any of our other locations, the temperature is controlled, and the water is kept at a constant 4ft depth, perfect for standing with your little one.
Progression and Goals
We start with acclimatization and progress to survival skills like rollovers and back floats. We do not rush this. If you are looking for specific guidance on your child's readiness or have questions about our upcoming batch availability, send us a message.
