We don't just 'clean' our pools; we treat them for your baby’s delicate skin. Before every single session at the Andaz, we use a robotic cleaner and precise chemical balancing to ensure the water is crystal clear and irritation-free. If the pH or chlorine levels aren't perfect, we don't start the class.
Beyond Just Water Safety
Many parents ask us if our water is truly safe enough for a four-month-old. Our answer is simple: it has to be. Unlike standard facilities that treat pools for general use, our protocol involves meticulous daily checks. We use proprietary, imported chemicals and high-end robotic filtration, specifically balancing the water to prevent the red eyes or itchy skin often associated with public pools.
Certified, Not Just Trained
A great swimmer isn't automatically a great teacher for a toddler. Our instructors are background-checked, CPR-certified, and trained specifically in pediatric aquatic safety. When you see our team in the water, they aren't just watching; they are actively managing sensory play, teaching breath control through songs like 'Humpty Dumpty', and ensuring every rollover maneuver is practiced with steady hands.
The Parent-In-Water Difference
For ages 4 months to 5 years, we require parent participation. This isn't just for supervision—it’s about bonding. You become the partner in your child's first swim milestones. By being in the water, you learn to spot the signs of fatigue or comfort, while our coaches guide you through the techniques to keep your little one calm and engaged. Whether it’s 'leveling up' their confidence or just learning how to safely get to the wall, we are there to guide you through the process, not just the drills. If the water isn't just right, we don't hold the class—it's that simple.
